Il trattamento dei dati \u00e8 effettuato presso le sedi del Titolare del trattamento e presso le sedi di soggetti esterni individuati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I dati, inoltre, sono raccolti presso il data center del web hosting Netgate snc che tratta i dati in conformit\u00e0 alle norme europee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Navigando su questo sito<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019utente lascia volontariamente i dati personali inserendoli negli appositi form (per esempio quello relativo alla iscrizione alla newsletter). Ogni singolo form prevede un meccanismo con il quale l\u2019utente viene informato delle finalit\u00e0 per le quali vengono raccolti i dati. Questo significa che verranno trattati fino al momento in cui Design Diffusion World Srl dovesse decidere di interrompere l\u2019attivit\u00e0 di informazione attraverso invio di newsletter oppure fino al momento in cui l\u2019utente dovesse decidere di cancellarsi volontariamente dalla newsletter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013&nbsp;<strong>Richieste di informazioni<\/strong>: per il tempo necessario a fornire le informazioni richieste dall\u2019utente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I dati personali degli utenti in ogni caso per i quali \u00e8 stato rilasciato uno specifico consenso verranno conservati fino alla revoca del consenso e in ogni caso per il periodo di conservazione imposto dalla legge o dall\u2019ordine di un\u2019autorit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai sensi della Normativa Applicabile, l\u2019utente ha il diritto di ottenere in qualsiasi momento la conferma dell\u2019esistenza o meno di  dati personali che lo riguardano e di conoscerne il contenuto e l\u2019origine, verificarne l\u2019esattezza o chiederne l\u2019integrazione o l\u2019aggiornamento, oppure la rettificazione. I dati personali non vengono raccolti con procedimenti completamente automatizzati, ma \u00e8 sempre necessario il consenso dell\u2019utente che inserisce i propri dati nei form predisposti sul sito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Diritto alla cancellazione e diritto di rettifica<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">L\u2019interessato ha il diritto di ottenere dal titolare del trattamento:\nla rettifica dei dati, qualora non siano corretti la cancellazione dei propri dati personali.
