Piante aromatiche e officinali come fiori, erbe, cortecce, radici e scorze di frutti vengono macerati a freddo con alcool di grano senza l\u2019aggiunta di additivi ne\u0301 coloranti. Un procedimento relativamente lungo se si pensa ai diversi passaggi che questi pochi ingredienti devono subire per trasformarsi in Amaro Formidabile. La macerazione dura all\u2019incirca 21\/27 giorni; il ventiduesimo giorno il liquorista decide se proseguire con la lavorazione oppure sospendere e procedere con l\u2019estrazione. Dopo la torchiatura manuale avviene un processo di filtraggio al termine del quale si aggiunge saccarosio e acqua demineralizzata. L\u2019affinamento dura tre settimane, dopodiche\u0301 e\u0300 pronto per la distribuzione.<br>Durante la degustazione dell\u2019Amaro Formidabile, che si adatta perfettamente al cioccolato amaro, all\u2019arancia candita, agli Amaretti di Sassello e al gelato alla vaniglia, si viene rapiti da un aroma agrumato prima e da garofano, coriandolo, Rosa Damascena e artemisia successivamente, per passare a un sentore legnoso, tostato e infine si arriva alla caramella al rabarbaro. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amaroformidabile.com\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\"
