Il locale e\u0300 stato concepito come progetto gastronomico dal duo di architetti, considerando anche le caratteristiche delle pietanze preparate impeccabilmente dallo chef Fabrizio Marino. Saremo coinvolti da colore e luce: dal verde caldo e sgargiante al verde smeraldo, per toccare le tinte sottobosco e per poi passare dall\u2019ottone al marmo. Questi elementi si equilibrano perfettamente non solo con la tipologia della cucina del Maggese e l\u2019interpretazione personale delle materie prime che lo chef esprime, ma anche con il paesaggio toscano circostante dove la natura, regina, esplode rigogliosa.
