Il percorso Vegetariano, o Green, \u00e8 basato sull\u2019orto dello Chef, con piatti disegnati sulle erbe e gli ortaggi, come gli \u201cSpaghettoni monograno Felicetti con barbabietola e prezzemolo\u201d. Il percorso Contemporaneo, invece, comprende piatti della tradizione rivisitati in chiave moderna, come la \u201cSpigola in crosta alle erbe, \u2018caciucco\u2019, daikon\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Alla guida del ristorante Kitchen il giovane chef\u00a0Andrea Casali, classe \u201893, di origini comasche. Dopo uno stage con lo chef Enrico Crippa, ha lavorato per 7 anni con Enrico Caffara, a I tigli in theoria. Al Kitchen, Casali porta la sua visione di cucina, che si basa sulla tradizione italiane con una grande ricerca nelle materie prime. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kitchencomo.com\/\"
