Kondo \u201cTaka\u201d Takahiko, infatti, Head Sous Chef dell\u201cOsteria Francescana\u201d di Massimo Bottura a Modena, \u00e8 stato nominato Co-Executive Chef della Gucci Osteria di Firenze e affiancher\u00e0 Karime Lopez, attuale Executive Chef del fine dining della Maison. I due chef, che sono una coppia anche nella vita, di recente hanno avuto una bambina, dunque questa scelta ha un doppio, positivo, valore. Nel 2020 ha guadagnato la sua prima stella Michelin, un riconoscimento che colloca Gucci Osteria tra i ristoranti pi\u00f9 innovativi della cucina italiana contemporanea. Inoltre, Karime Lopez \u00e8 la prima chef messicana ad aver ottenuto questo riconoscimento. Gucci Osteria \u00e8 nata dalla collaborazione tra Massimo Bottura e Alessandro Michele, direttore creativo di Gucci, e comprende anche il Gucci Garden.
