Inaugurato a met\u00e0 2021, ACQUA \u00e8 una \u201cmeta per appassionati del gusto\u201d, che vivono il ristorante come \u201cospiti\u201d, pi\u00f9 che come clienti. Una distinzione importante, per cui ogni aspetto dell'esperienza mira alla creazione di un evento memorabile. Lo spazio che ospita i clienti del ristorante \u00e8 moderno, arredato in pietra, legno e acciaio. Le due cantine private raccolgono una collezione di oltre settecento etichette, selezionate dai fondatori del ristorante, Andrea Marcela e Davide Possoni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right translation-block\"><em>Scopri il nuovo <a href=\"https:\/\/xtramagazine.it\/it\/mammara-new-bistrot-in-milan\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1706\" target=\"_self\">bistrot Mammar\u00e0<\/a> a Milano<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">La cucina, sotto la guida dello chef Alessandro Menoncin, \u00e8 cucina di mare, interpretata in una veste contemporanea. Il pescato \u00e8 il protagonista in tavola, selezionato ogni giorno dalla disponibilit\u00e0 del mare e sempre di altissima eccellenza. La provenienza \u00e8 prevalentemente mediterranea, affiancata da rarit\u00e0 quali l\u2019aragosta del Sudafrica o la capasanta dell\u2019Atlantico, a seconda della stagione. Le ricette sono studiate per esaltare tutte le propriet\u00e0 organolettiche della materia prima, con lavorazioni precise volte alla semplicit\u00e0. L\u2019esperienza gastronomica che si pu\u00f2 vivere da ACQUA si pu\u00f2 riassumere nell\u2019espressione \u201cimmergersi nel gusto\u201d. Abbandonarsi alla degustazione di sapori avvolgenti, in un\u2019esperienza che coinvolge i cinque sensi, odore, sapore, colore, sottolineando il valore delle materie prime, delle lavorazioni e dei
