Con il ristorante al Park Hyatt, Andrea Aprea ha avuto successi e riconoscimenti, tra cui le Tre Forchette del Gambero Rosso. La nuova avventura milanese si chiama con il suo nome, Andrea Aprea, e comprende bistrot al piano terreno, e ristorante al primo piano. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right translation-block\"><em>Scopri il nuovo <a href=\"https:\/\/xtramagazine.it\/it\/kitchen-restaurant\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2438\" target=\"_self\">ristorante Kitchen sul lago di Como<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Il progetto degli spazi, dell\u2019architetto Flaviano Caprotti, \u00e8 scenografico e raccolto al tempo stesso. Materiali della tradizione mediterranea, come ceramica e legno, accolgono gli ospiti e li guidano verso i giardini, nascosti sul retro. La sala del ristorante, con vista sulla cucina, \u00e8 dominata da un grande lampadario in vetro e foglia d\u2019oro. La cucina, contemporanea, non dimentica la tradizione partenopea, reinterpretata con leggerezza. Una cantina con 650 etichette accompagna la degustazione dei piatti, che offre diverse possibilit\u00e0 di scelta.
