Il pastry chef Domenico Di Clemente ha pensato a una capsule di torte, ispirate ai racconti di un\u2019Italia  tradizionalmente \u201cesotica\u201d. Due personaggi fiabeschi, Coco e Rosalia, ci fanno viaggiare con la fantasia per trasportarci in un immaginario fatto di ricordi, di memoria e di gusto; le due torte sono opposte ma complementari. Su una base di biscotto friabile, Rosalia aggiunge fragole, vaniglia e mascarpone, sapori mediterranei; Coco, invece, pi\u00f9 esotica, seduce con mousse di mandorle, cocco e lime. Coco e Rosalia sono anche sul packaging della Pasticceria Martesana, Bottega Storica a Milano dal 1966 e Tre Torte Gambero Rosso nel 2022, su cui disegnano \u201csvolazzi e scarabocchi\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right translation-block\"><em>Scopri<\/em> <em> <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/xtramagazine.it\/it\/bisanto-collection-moooi\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1916\" target=\"_self\"><em>la collezione Bisanto,<\/em> <em>di Antonio Aric\u00f2 x Moooi<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Antonio Aric\u00f2 ha disegnato un\u2019edizione speciale delle torte e delle confezioni, in colori acidi e pastello. La collaborazione tra la Pasticceria e Aric\u00f2 rappresenta un nuovo capitolo della sperimentazione continua del laboratorio milanese. Un incontro tra la Cultura del Dolce e un designer poliedrico, un omaggio all\u2019imprenditorialit\u00e0 italiana di eccellenza, un incontro tra creativit\u00e0 che aggiunge dolcezza a dolcezza.
