Taki Off, per\u00f2, non \u00e8 un ristorante giapponese, nonostante l\u2019atmosfera accogliente e rilassata. L\u2019arredamento \u00e8 caratterizzato da colori scuri, con acqua e piante che popolano gli spazi e creano tranquillit\u00e0, per ricreare atmosfere ispirate al Giappone.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right translation-block\"><em>Scopri <a href=\"https:\/\/xtramagazine.it\/it\/almato-restaurant\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2681\" target=\"_self\">il ristorante Almat\u00f2 a Roma<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Lo chef Andrea Fusco, infatti, che ha preso in carico il ristorante, apprezza molto la cultura dell\u2019Estremo Oriente, e le materie prime tipiche della loro cultura gastronomica, alghe, vegetali fermentati e soia, da soli o insieme, che utilizza da sempre per i suoi piatti. Taki off offre tre menu degustazione, che comprendono sia piatti della storia dello chef, sia piatti che esprimono la sua visione della commistione Italia\/Giappone, dalle caratteristiche raffinate. I tre menu hanno nomi evocativi: I Classici ripropone i piatti del Giuda Ballerino, che hanno fatto la fortuna dello chef. Dedicato Al Mio Amore, comprende piatti che generano sensazione piacevoli e avvolgenti, in un percorso raffinato. Infine nel menu\u00a0Quello Che Mangerei Io, lo chef propone il percorso pi\u00f9 strutturato e complesso, per mostrare la sua visione della commistione Italia\/Giappone.\u00a0<strong><a
