{"id":5506,"date":"2024-04-10T12:57:37","date_gmt":"2024-04-10T10:57:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/xtramagazine.it\/?p=5506"},"modified":"2024-04-10T12:57:38","modified_gmt":"2024-04-10T10:57:38","slug":"st-moritz-cocktail-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/xtramagazine.it\/it\/st-moritz-cocktail-week\/","title":{"rendered":"St Moritz cocktail week"},"content":{"rendered":"<br>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la seconda edizione della St. Moritz Cocktail Week, che si \u00e8 tenuta lo scorso febbraio, Joshua Perrone, Bar Manager del ristorante asiatico Hato, si aggiudica la vittoria per il miglior signature cocktail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il drink premiato si chiama The Formula, in onore del film del 1980 diretto da John G. Avildsen con George C. Scott e Marlon Brando, legandosi cos\u00ec al tema guida di questa edizione: Like in a movie. Perfetto bilanciamento tra Avi\u00f2n Tequila, Gran Marnier, latte di cocco thai, pesca giapponese, sciroppo di basilico e lemongrass, pandan e carbone attivo, il signature cocktail di Hato ha ottenuto il pi\u00f9 alto punteggio secondo le schede di valutazione di una selezionata giuria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al secondo posto, Eveline, il signature cocktail di Langosteria, un concentrato di sapori mediterranei grazie all\u2019utilizzo di un cordiale preparato con pomodori datterini gialli e rossi, basilico e aglio mescolato a gin e vodka. Sul terzo gradino del podio ecco poi il signature del nuovo Vincenzo Dascanio Caf\u00e8 inaugurato a St. Moritz a novembre 2023, Meadows Dance with Wildflowers. La firma \u00e8 quella del Bar Manager, Giuseppe Pellegrino, che ha ben bilanciato un fat wash di Gin Mare con pera e mela, un liquore home made preparato con Avi\u00f2n tequila ed erbe di montagna, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto e Vermont dry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I giudici e gli organizzatori della St. Moritz Cocktail Week hanno deciso di consegnare il Premio della Critica a Sam Ahmed El Sayed con il suo signature cocktail Honey Rider, che vede protagonista Grand Marnier miscelato a un liquore di ciliegia chiarificato, miele svizzero, cordiale Chasselas, Verjus e acquafaba aromatizzata all\u2019arancia. <a href=\"http:\/\/stmoritzcocktailweek.com\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"stmoritzcocktailweek.com\" rel=\"noreferrer
