Arborina Relais

Conscious creativity

Set amidst the soft hills of Barolo wine, Arborina is a boutique country hotel in the heart of Langhe (Unesco heritage), in the small village Annunziata di La Morra. It features simple and essential lines, natural materials such as stone and wood, spread over common spaces and suites. Its food offer has just been rethought considering sustainability fully embracing the ‘no waste’ philosophy, when young chef Fernando Tommaso Forino (born in 1990 in Naples, with a large number of experiences in important companies in Italy and abroad) joined the kitchen. ‘Zero waste‘ is precisely chef Forino’s watchword for this work method, combined with the conscious approach of respect for raw materials and the desire to enhance local recipes and traditions, are two new Arborina restaurants’ distinctive features: Osteria, symbol of a fine dining cuisine, authentic and contemporary where you can choose between three paths, and The LAB, an innovative format staged on the panoramic terrace, based on the concept of bistro and ‘laboratory‘, where at any time of the day you can enjoy some chef’s specialities accompanied by a good glass of wine or a drink. Since 2017, Arborina Relais  is part of les Collectionneurs, the community of restaurateurs and hoteliers that boasts as brand president Alan Ducasse.  www.arborinarelais.it
