Eyewear
A homage to architecture and art: Budri presents the Capsule Collection Intarsio from the Eyewear line designed by Valerio Cometti. The new Capsule Collection Intarsio, consisting of nine new designs, is inspired by the world of architecture, evoking three periods of great artistic prestige: Baroque, Neoclassicism, Renaissance. The three shapes dedicated to Bernini, Canova and Donatello feature inlays inspired by the rich floors of these periods.
Ingenuus and Mirium, the reinterpretations of the Bernini women’s model, are made in Nero Portoro and Bianco Carrara marble. The contrasting inlaid geometries on the frame and temples are inspired by the rich floors of the Baroque period. A combination of refined colors and an interplay of interlocking parts that gives an original stylistic complexity enhance the lines of Parva, available in Nero Sahara, Bianco Carrara and Giallo Siena marble for women in search of a unique accessory, with a strong personality.
Among the new proposals for women inspired by the Canova model, there are Aequilibrium, which is impressive for the complex and elaborate processing with diagonal lines also on the temples, the elegant Ratio and the refined Suavitas. Harmonious proportions, research of orthogonal joints and use of elementary geometric shapes characterize the Renaissance, the phase of architecture that developed in Europe and in particular in Italy in the early fifteenth century.
Concordia, inspired by the Donatello model, is precisely a tribute to Italy. For those who love standing out with a sober elegance, there are Essentia in Grigio Carnico and Cremo Impero. Finally, Donatello, Mens in the Verde Alpi and Bianco Carrara versions, characterized by pavé zirconia. The particularly complex frames require forty production steps, in balance between craftsmanship and manufacturing technology. All the proposals from the Intarsio collection are available with prescription and sun lenses. www.budrieyewear.com
