The restaurant boasts a Michelin star, and creates dishes that pay homage to Mediterranean culture and flavors. The raw materials, where possible, are local, with vegetables from the garden.

The Kitchen restaurant menu

The menu, in fact, proposes several tasting menus. The Vegetarian, or Green path, is based on the Chef’s garden, with dishes designed around herbs and vegetables, such as “Spaghettoni monograno Felicetti with beetroot and parsley.” On the other hand, the Contemporary course includes traditional dishes revisited in a modern key, such as “Crusted sea bass, with herbs, fish sauce, daikon.” 

The young Chef Andrea Casali, born in 1993 and originally from Como, leads the Kitchen restaurant. After an internship with chef Enrico Crippa, he worked for 7 years with Enrico Caffara at I tigli in theoria. At Kitchen, Casali brings his culinary vision, based on Italian tradition, with outstanding research into raw materials.
