A Lamborghini on the water? It seems a mirage but, when the values of Lamborghini team up with Tecnomar’s nautical background, the result is a unique yacht. We are talking about Tecnomar for Lamborghini, at the cutting edge of luxury speed boats. “Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 is a project resulting from strong synergies, incorporating the values of the Lamborghini brand in a unique yacht. The challenge of reinterpreting the features shared by the two brands inspired all the stages of the project, to create a model whose lines and stylistic features are a combination of iconic models and Lamborghini’s future concepts reinterpreted through the lens of Tecnomar’s nautical values,” says Vice President Giuseppe Taranto.
The inspiration was provided by Lamborghini Siàn FKP 37, the hybrid super sports car. The result of the reinterpretation of the characteristics shared by the two brands is a concept relying on two innovative elements: speed and dynamic lightness. “We have created a completely disrupting yacht, a new product for the market, addressed to a new and global audience. Moreover, the technical performance of the yacht is superior to any other similar product. The presence of two MAN V 12 – 2000HP engines will allow the yacht to reach the impressive speed of 60 knots, while the use of carbon fiber (a typical element of the cars produced by the company headquartered in Sant’Agata Bolognese) will allow it to stay in the range of ultralight boats, with a maximum weight of 24 tons for 63 feet in length,” goes on Giuseppe Taranto. The exterior design, resulting from the collaboration between the two Centro Stile is characterized by a super sportive, cutting-edge silhouette, completely out of the box in nautical terms. The high-performance shell was developed by the team of naval engineers specializing in computational fluid dynamics, while the hull and the superstructure interpret in a contemporary way the lines created by designer Marcello Gandini for Lamborgini’s iconic Miura and Countach of the ’60s and ’70s. The interiors are the result of high-tech design based on super-performing materials for weight and function, perfectly combined with the best Made in Italy artisanal heritage. The unmistakably automotive inspiration can be seen in Lamborghini’s iconic hexagons, clean lines, Y-motif. Finally, colors and materials are fully customizable thanks to the Ad Personam program. “This yacht represents the first nautical transposition of a super sports car; driving it will be a great emotion,” concludes the Vice President.
The hard top is inspired by Lamborghini roadsters: it provides sun and wind protection while guaranteeing an outstanding aerodynamic performance. The bow lights are a tribute to the Lamborghini concept car Terzo Millennio and to the Sián FKP 37, both characterized by front lights recalling Lamborghini’s typical stylistic features. 
The interiors are the result of high-tech design based on the use of super-performing materials for weight and function, perfectly combined with the best Made in Italy artisanal heritage.
