A collaboration between Milan-based gallery Nilufar and designers Draga & Aurel created The Candy Box. The colorful new capsule collection is inspired by candies and the joy they convey, which they manage to reproduce thanks to the cast resin, creating shades, lights, and transparencies. All pieces in the collection are handmade in Draga & Aurel’s atelier in Como. The cast resin is colored and then poured into special molds; each piece is unique and handmade.

The Candy Box includes Bon Bon tables, reminiscent of fruit jellies. They consist of three modular elements made entirely of resin, creating plays of transparency and color. On the other hand, colored resin creates a geometric and three-dimensional effect in the PY nightstand. The Candy Box is completed with the Caramel chandelier, made of three overlapping resin sheets. Thanks to the different shades and complementary colors, the Caramel chandeliers look like light candies, swirling in the air. All photos by Riccardo Gasperoni Nilufar.com
