A dream come true: that’s the dream of the Margesin family from Lana (Bolzano), who have been looking for the perfect place for a resort on Lake Garda for years. The Cape of Senses facility, designed by architects Hugo and Alessia Demetz, authors of Adler Resort Sicily, among others, focuses on sustainability and integration with the surrounding landscape. The materials are all natural and, where possible, locally sourced; the energy needed is produced sustainably; the two restaurants will use raw materials from the local area and the property’s own garden, and wines from local producers.
