The extra virgin masterpiece

High-quality Italian products, passion for the Veronese land and local traditions make Frantoio Bonamini a symbol of the union between history and evolution. The Campo di Casa extra virgin olive oil represents an important project of experimentation and research for the Bonamini Family, culminating in 2012, when three hectares of land adjacent to the mill, historically planted with vineyards, were converted into olive groves. Campo di Casa, a Cru oil, is the result of the art of blending and, in this case, the most complex the mill has ever achieved. An extra virgin olive oil that is the result of blending as many as 13 different varieties of olives: Grignano, Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Maurino, Arbequina, Gorgazzo, Rasara, Casaliva, Bianchera, Arbosana, Itrana and Coratina. Its particularly fine organoleptic characteristics also won over Gambero Rosso critics, who awarded Campo di Casa the coveted Two Leaves in the Oli d’Italia 2022 guide.
