Spontaneous agricultural cuisine
Headquartered in San Miniato, in the province of Pisa, Il Maggese is a bistro run by Leonardo and Marzia, interior design project by Studio Dainelli. The venue was conceived by the firm’s two architects as a catering project, also considering the characteristics of the dishes flawlessly prepared by the chef Fabrizio Marino. Color and light play a central role: from warm and bright green to emerald green, to undergrowth colors, up to brass and marble. These elements are perfectly balanced not only considering the Maggese cuisine and the personal interpretation of the raw materials expressed by the chef, but also with the surrounding Tuscan landscape where nature, rules and explodes lushly.
