The new spring-summer 2022 collection by Ami conveys a desire for freedom and open spaces. A group of friends escape from the city and travel to the great outdoors; happy to be together, to be free, the protagonists throw themselves into a dreamlike dimension. In the campaign with photos by Sam Rock, the atmosphere and style are those of American indie films, with black and white pictures taken in the semi-arid desert in southern Spain. All photos were taken with an analog camera – the British photographer’s trademark -which gives the campaign a charming and nostalgic aura. The campaign is the first collaboration between Alexandre Mattiussi’s brand and photographer Sam Rock.

Sam Rock Rock’s work features romance and nostalgia. The British photographer, who works in Paris, London, and New York, is the founder of Gasoline Pictures, a collective of photographers who work and collaborate to create projects with a unique synergy.
