The italian panettone with pistachios from Bronte
From the pistachios of Bronte, Italian pastries that speak of Sicily. Pistì was founded in 2000 in Bronte, at the base of the volcano Etna, from an idea of Nino Marino and Vincenzo Linghitano, as an haute patisserie laboratory. Thanks to the fast and big success of the initiative, today Pistì is a reference point for the Bronte area, thanks to its artisanal pastry. All the raw materials Pistì uses tell the thousand-year history of Sicilian confectionery, in an ideal itinerary through the island: green pistachios from Bronte DOP, Sicilian almonds, and hazelnuts from the Nebrodi Mountains, worked and processed with methods that preserve their integrity. The baked goods are handmade, without using any machine, with skilled work in which nothing is left to chance.
Discover the Amaro Formidabile
Starting Monday, July 18, 2022, the summer panettone, Lestivo Fotonico, is available for one month on Pistì’s official website, available in two flavors, cherry and Sicilian pistachio, or apricot, pineapple, and Sicilian pistachio. These are soft panettone cakes with fresh and distinctive combinations, ideal to enjoy on the beach, by the pool, or on a boat, accompanied by ice cream, grenadine, spreads and jams. At other times of the year, Pistì offers other baked goods with a pistachio heart, such as Brontese Bianco. Brontese Bianco is the Christmas panettone, with a soft and fragrant dough, naturally leavened with sourdough; the heart is pistachio cream and is covered with white chocolate, reminiscent of snowy Etna. Finally, by Pistì is also the artisanal colomba, also with a heart of pistachio cream. Pistì.it
