Ludovica Mascheroni calls her collection a “couture of design,” both because each piece of furniture is made like a haute couture dress and because all furnishings are totally customizable. The collection includes a boiserie, Corte Ducale, decorated with a motif depicting the Corte Ducale (Ducal Court) of Milan’s Castello Sforzesco (Sforza Castle). Corte Ducale is composed of different precious materials, bleached and inlaid maple, bronzed brass, Calacatta Altissimo marble, leather and nubuck, creating an authentic, three-dimensional work of art. The collection includes the ‘Four Season’ sofa, with four different covers, one for each season, and the swivel armchair of the same name. The Ghirlanda armchair and coffee table complement the ‘Four Season’ small table and the ‘Via della Seta’ floor lamp.
