The historic residence houses a charming hotel, with 52 rooms and suites, and 3 private apartments. It belongs to the Radisson Collection chain, the Radisson Group signature collection featuring the group’s most iconic hotels.

Studio Marco Piva, which specializes in the design of exclusive, high-profile hotels, designed the project. The hotel is located in the Cannaregio district, in the heart of Venice. It is easily accessible by public boat, taxi-boat, and walking distance from Venice central station. The location allows guests to choose from rooms with a charming view of the Cannaregio canal, the city street, or the internal courtyard. The same intimate and stylish atmosphere is spread throughout the hotel, from the lobby to the restaurant, to the inner courtyard.
A soft atmosphere in Palazzo Nani
The soft, elegant atmosphere is enhanced by the materials that make up the finishes and furnishings. Precious marbles, boiserie in ribbed wood, frescoes, and original ceilings are flanked by upholstered furniture covered in precious Rubelli fabrics, the historic Venetian weaving mill now renowned worldwide. Among the original elements, the terrazzo floors have been recovered and brought back to life, as well as some ancient stucco and frescoes on walls and ceilings. The upholstered furnishings are all custom designed, some made in collaboration with Natuzzi, others handcrafted. Special attention has also been paid to the gym, which will also house a sauna, and is located in a frescoed and restored hall.
Even the large garden, of 350 square meters, will become a space with an outdoor bar counter and open to the city. The outdoor area houses sculptures, statues, benches, sofas, and two large stone bathtubs recovered during the works, and now returned to new life to depict a distant past.
